Digital Property Transfer Service for Punjab Now Available at Pakistan High Commission London

LONDON, Aug. 4 (APP): In line with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s vision of expanding consular services and providing greater convenience to overseas Pakistanis, the digital property transfer service for Punjab is now available at the Pakistan High Commission in London.

According to a statement posted by the Pakistan High Commission London on X, overseas Pakistanis can now transfer property in Punjab directly through a secure digital system without the need for a Power of Attorney, third-party representative, agent, or travelling to Pakistan.

The High Commission said the process is simple, transparent, fast, and cost-effective, enabling Pakistanis living abroad to complete property transfers digitally while saving both time and travel expenses.

The mission also announced the successful completion of the first digital property transfer under the new system for Mr. Fazal and his family, describing it as a significant milestone in facilitating overseas Pakistanis.

The statement added that the Pakistan High Commission remains committed to providing maximum assistance to overseas Pakistanis seeking to transfer their properties through the new digital platform.

Meanwhile, members of the Pakistani diaspora in the United Kingdom welcomed the initiative, saying it has made the property transfer process smooth, secure, and hassle-free. They noted that the new digital mechanism has eliminated unnecessary complications and significantly improved access to property-related services for overseas Pakistanis.
