Pak Donors Holds 34th Blood Donation Camp in Kuwait

KUWAIT (Report: M Irfan Shadow): Pak Donors organized its 34th voluntary blood donation campaign at the Central Blood Bank in Jabriya to mark Pakistan’s Independence Day, receiving an overwhelming response from the community.

More than 160 people registered to donate blood during the campaign, demonstrating a strong spirit of compassion, solidarity and social responsibility among the Pakistani community in Kuwait.

The camp was attended by Khalid Al-Rashidi, representative of the Governor of Al-Farwaniya Governorate and Director of Public Relations. His participation was seen as a reflection of the strong bonds of friendship and cooperation between the Pakistani and Kuwaiti communities.

Community Welfare Attaché at the Embassy of Pakistan in Kuwait Hamza Tauqeer and Managing Director of Al-Ahlia Integrated Mahmoud Razzouq also attended the event as special guests.

Members of the Pak Donors Executive Committee warmly welcomed the distinguished guests and expressed gratitude for their continued encouragement and support for voluntary blood donation initiatives in Kuwait.

Representing the women’s wing of Pak Donors, Ms. Shaista Zahid welcomed Madam Saadia Sultan on behalf of the Embassy of Pakistan and thanked her for participating in and supporting the humanitarian initiative.

Camp In-Charge Hafeezullah Khan appreciated the overwhelming response from the community, saying the success of the campaign reflected the generosity and humanitarian spirit of the community. He thanked all donors, guests, volunteers and supporters for contributing to the success of the 34th blood donation campaign.

In-Charge Coordinator Abdul Waheed Jaber also expressed gratitude to the distinguished guests, representatives of the Embassy of Pakistan, community representatives, media personnel, supporters and volunteers whose cooperation contributed to the successful organization of the campaign.

He paid special tribute to the blood donors, describing them as the “real heroes” of the day, and said their selfless act of donating blood could become a gift of life for people they might never even meet.

Pak Donors also acknowledged the dedication of its Executive Committee, volunteers and women’s wing for ensuring the smooth and successful organization of the campaign.

The organization reaffirmed its commitment to promoting voluntary blood donation and strengthening a culture of humanitarian service among different communities in Kuwait.

Pak Donors said every blood donor is a lifesaver and every donation represents a powerful expression of humanity. The organization also reiterated its commitment to supporting Kuwait, its host country, and standing with the community whenever its services are needed.
