*BAKU:* The Embassy of Pakistan in Baku, in collaboration with the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training and the National Book Foundation, showcased a collection of works by prominent Pakistani writers at the 12th Baku International Book Fair, highlighting Pakistan’s rich literary and cultural heritage.

The collection featured a diverse range of Pakistani literature, including novels, poetry, travel writing and children’s books, offering visitors an opportunity to explore the country’s literary traditions and creative contributions.

Organized by Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Culture, the book fair was held under the theme, “Life Is Bigger Than the Screen: One Child, One Book, One Real World.” It brought together international publishers, authors and literary organizations to promote reading habits, encourage a love of books and strengthen cross-cultural engagement.

Pakistan’s participation highlighted the importance of literature and cultural diplomacy in promoting mutual understanding and strengthening people-to-people connections between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.

The participation also reflected the close and fraternal relations between the two countries, with literary and cultural exchanges serving as an important means of further deepening their longstanding friendship.
