Pakistan Embassy Hosts First Pakistan Mango Festival in Tehran

Tehran, August 2, 2026: The Embassy of Pakistan in Tehran organized the first Pakistan Mango Festival at Palladium Mall, introducing Pakistan’s world-renowned mangoes to Iranian consumers while celebrating the longstanding friendship between Pakistan and Iran. Speaking at the event, Pakistan’s Ambassador to Iran, Imran Ahmed Siddiqui, highlighted Pakistan’s rich mango heritage, noting that the country is among the world’s leading producers and exporters of mangoes, with more than 250 varieties celebrated for their exceptional sweetness, aroma, and quality. The Ambassador said the festival aimed not only to showcase Pakistan’s finest mangoes but also to promote bilateral trade, cultural exchanges, and stronger people-to-people connections between the two brotherly nations. The festival attracted a large number of visitors, including families and children, who sampled different varieties of Pakistani mangoes, enjoyed the festive atmosphere, and took photographs at specially designed mango-themed displays. Visitors warmly appreciated the outstanding taste and premium quality of Pakistani mangoes, making the event a resounding success. Ambassador Siddiqui thanked the management of Palladium Mall and the Embassy team for their support in organizing the festival and expressed confidence that such initiatives would further strengthen friendship, trade, and cultural cooperation between Pakistan and Iran.
