Bangladesh Prime Minister Sends Message to Saudi Crown Prince

JEDDAH, August 27, 2026: Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman has received a written message from Bangladesh Prime Minister Tarique Rahman concerning bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh and ways to further strengthen cooperation between the two countries.

The message was received by Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan during a meeting with Bangladesh State Minister for Foreign Affairs Humayun Kabir on the sidelines of the 23rd Extraordinary Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states in Jeddah, according to Saudi Gazette.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed Saudi-Bangladesh bilateral relations and exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.

Saudi Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed Al-Khereiji also attended the meeting.
